The Lusail Private Palaces Complex, sprawling over an expansive 8 square kilometers, is an architectural marvel designed to serve the needs of one of the Gulf’s most prominent families. This prestigious complex comprises of five distinct buildings, each strategically positioned to create a harmonious and secure environment. At the heart of the complex stands the Formal Majlis, a grand space for official gatherings, while the perimeter is adorned with the Daily Majlis, a Mosque, the VIP Guest Palace, and the Residential Palace, each located up to 2 kilometers apart.
For this prestigious project, we utilized a variety of exceptional materials. We covered 85,000m² of exterior facades with 4000m³ of Pontval limestone from Portugal, incorporating both cladding and intricate decorative elements. Inside the palace, 1500m³ of historic Greek Pentelikon marble was used for 25,000m² of specially dimensioned cladding, marking a significant accomplishment for our company.
The project also featured 4000m² of rare colored materials from Brazil, Italy, Spain, and France, adding unique vibrancy and character. We incorporated 5000m² of waterjet designs crafted from several materials, contributing various artistic details throughout. Additionally, 500m³ of Sivec marble was used to cover 7,000m² of cladding, with blocks being cut into large dimensions and having directional veins creating a seamless appearance.
Engraved decorative panels covering 2000m², influenced by Arabic culture, showcased patterns of exceptional complexity. Finally, 500m³ of Asian Cinderella marble was employed to produce 235 solid columns, most of which exceed 7 meters in height, enhancing both the grandeur and structural integrity of the buildings.
