Private Palace in Dubai

This Private Palace in Dubai is an exceptional private residence, expertly designed with Indian cultural influences, reflecting the owner’s heritage. Originally envisioned as a residential space, the villa’s final design now offers a museum-like ambiance, thanks to the distinct and varied aesthetics that characterize each area. Covering over 8,000 square meters, the project features an impressive selection of 55 different stones, thoroughly chosen and implemented in various applications. The vertical and horizontal surfaces are adorned with intricate plain and waterjet designs, showcasing exceptional complexity and adding unique texture and visual appeal throughout the villa. Solid materials are used extensively for both straight and curved claddings, ensuring a seamless flow and structural harmony. Special marble panels, embellished with gold-plated decorative elements, contribute a luxurious touch to the interiors. Moreover, semi-precious stones integrated into custom-designed lighting structures create a captivating engagement of light and color, enhancing the villa’s atmosphere. A particularly challenging aspect of the project was the main staircase, made of the Greek White Thassos marble. The staircase is perfectly created resulting in an impeccable appearance. Additionally, an integral and intrinsic part of this flawless appearance stems from the well-orchestrated design of the project which is being showcased by the final product.
